Meeting every other week for an hour online chat, we’ll rapid-fire ideas, check in with big goals and break them down into achievable steps. Keeping you accountable to your business development, I’ll update you on my deliverables.
(marketing client example) I take the lead on the digital marketing strategy, objectives, analytics - this informs our monthly actions and content, which we co-create to ensure your true voice and values shine through!
(operations client example) I will carry out monthly data analytics and efficiency audits. Where is your profit draining away, or your team underperforming? Is there a communications or process gap?
The two approaches can be combined - I work on a bespoke basis, so let’s talk and I’ll make you the unique package that your business needs. More meetings, less meetings? Support with team processes and training, or just talking to you? It’s all up for agreement.
I love using Trello or Notion for business communications, so if you’re a fan, we’re halfway there. Email is a great alternative, but whichever platform we choose and agree on, response time is 48 hours or less, you’ve got me just on the other side of that screen.
