Let me start with this: I don’t just do things you don’t have time or energy for.
If all you would like is to hand tasks over, you may want to consider a Virtual Assistant, or even to make a permanent admin hire within your team.
What I offer is much more - I will streamline your processes to enable the growth that you and your business deserve. I will help manage your overwhelm and offload some tasks, yes, and I will also come up with more actions that align with your digital marketing strategy. Working with me isn’t simply about handing tasks over for me to do and report back - instead, once handed over, I will review the task’s lifetime and efficacy, and if appropriate, improve the workflow or find an alternative.
This is all done in full communication and transparency with you, because what I enjoy the most when working within a client’s business is getting stuck in and fighting for your success as hard as you are! Having me on board to offer a fresh take on your operations and digital marketing will allow you to again focus on why you started your business, and regularly evaluate if you’re on track towards achieving your goals.

Good news - both!
One-off projects are charged as a project rate (split into monthly invoices, for the duration). I always prioritise the achievement and task completion - working on a project rate allows me to really get stuck in, become your right-hand woman and business ally.
Working with me on an ongoing basis means a monthly retainer. We agree the repeat tasks or goals to achieve and we form the strategy together (we’ll also review it monthly). You don’t worry about the time I commit, because I commit to the result.
I am not expecting you to know exactly what you need me to do - that’s my job! So when you contact me to book a consultation, I know exactly what questions to ask to asses your needs right. Leave it to me!

First comes your query to talk - I will do some due diligence already by this point, by researching your business and making sure I have a good idea of what you do and where I might fit in.
Secondly, we have a 30 minute consultation to discuss your needs, business, goals, vision - what’s the direction you’re going in, what’s getting on top of you, what’s blocking you? Together we’ll define your current top 3 priorities and I will want to offer some initial insights on how I can help.
Once you’re happy with the proposal I send over and signed the contract, we start! The first month is treated as a probationary period, and it’s when I really go in strong with communication; I will have many questions and I expect the same back; I believe getting to know each other as well as we can, being transparent about processes and methods is the best way to stay on the same page when we arrive at the final outcome.
You get to know how and why I work the way I do - I get to see what drives your passion and business! It’s a failsafe recipe for a fruitful and trusting business relationship ✔️

Monthly retainers are not defined by time, but tasks, so I agree those on case by case as long as I have the availability - contact me to discuss!
Short-term projects start from just 1 day. Maximum is 3 days per week.
Standalone services are a fixed rate and commitment.
